All pressure washing, painting, and cleaning services provided by FC Paint ProWash are subject to a mutual agreement outlining scope, pricing, and timelines. Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing for validity.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

Property Access & Preparation

Clients must ensure safe access to the work area and remove obstacles prior to service. FC Paint ProWash is not responsible for damage to unsecured items.

Liability & Insurance

While we take utmost care, FC Paint ProWash is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues uncovered during service. We carry general liability insurance for all jobs.

Warranty & Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used.

Weather & Delays

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather without penalty. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos and images, is the property of FC Paint ProWash and protected by copyright laws.
